Are you looking for ways to relieve stress? Facilitated by mindfulness teacher Magüi Moreno, this online course is designed to help parents reduce stress, increase wellbeing, understand our emotions, and connect better to our loved ones. We're all better parents to our children when we can do that.

A Bethesda mom to an 11-year-old autistic child, Magüi is currently becoming certified as a mindfulness teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program offered in conjunction with the Awareness Training Institute at the University of California at Berkeley. For more information about Magüi's work, click here!

Class is limited to 20 people.  All sessions include a talk, a guided meditation and Q&A. Topics covered in each session are listed below. No recording will be made available afterward.
