For parents & caregivers of Autistic, ADHD, PDA, 2e, and highly‑sensitive teens who want connection, clarity, and steadier days at home and at school.

What you’ll get:

• Peer + Pro support every other week with warm, skilled coaches who get it.
• Practical tools for school refusal, social stress, bullying, screen time, and more.
• Teen‑brain know‑how (sleep, hormones, independence vs. support, shifting from Manager → Coach).
• Regulation first: a simple nervous‑system plan so you can show up calm when things get spicy.
