Questions and public comments on any topic are welcome at SEAC meetings. Please come prepared with six copies of your written comments to share with the SEAC Co-Chairs, Phil Lynch, Director of the Department of Special Education Services, and Kevin Lowndes, Associate Superintendent for the Office of Special Education and Student Services. Public Comment participants will have 3 minutes.
