Positive educational experiences and outcomes play a significant role in the development of an independent, meaningful life, but they don’t “just happen.” Parents and educators must work together to develop each student’s strengths and to support challenges that may be due to their autism. To be an equal member of this team, parents need to understand the educational services and accommodations that can best support their child.

Join us on Wednesday, April 13th at 6:30 p.m. for our
8th annual Extraordinary Minds in MCPS forum, cosponsored with Montgomery County Public Schools' Department of Special Education. Learn about the continuum of educational services and other resources for students on the autism spectrum in Montgomery County. Download a flyer to share. Recreation for children of all abilities, ages 4 and older, will be provided by Kids Being Kids; registration is required.
